-sunny but cool day with clear blue skies and a breeze that rustles the leaves on the trees which causes a cascade of leaves to float to the ground
-that same day coupled with a comfy pair of jeans and a sweater
-donuts and cider...mmmm!
-squash soup
-football noises in the background while sipping hot cider and paging through a magazine or catching up on some reading
-the sound of leaves crunching under foot while on a walk
-pumpkins on the front steps with cute faces carved out of them
-richly colored mums also on the front steps
-pumpkin flavored baked goods...mmmm again!
-a crackling fire in the fireplace
-heart and soul warming soups
-raking leaves and jumping in the huge piles, and having to do it all over again!
-cuddling with my husband
-pies of all kinds

oh i love it! yay fall. this 90 degree weather can stop anytime. hope all is well!
We finally got our first taste of fall here...it was 82. Stinking Kansas.
we finally have fall weather here. it has been in the 90's and it sucks. but today is your perfect fall day...yippee! y'all can move back to michigan anytime ya know! :) we look forward to seeing you in november! when exactly are you going to be in town?!
Monday through Friday of the week of Thanks Giving. When are you throwing the party? :-)
we leave for MN on wednesday night of that week so'll it have to be monday or tuesday night...we'd love to have a shindig at our house! how much trouble could we get into on a monday or tuesday?! or...we could to go cheers?! are the telman's up for that?
Tuesday Night works the best for us. Since we're traveling Monday I'd hate to schedule something and then our plane get delayed.
Sounds good...we'll plan on it then! I'll let the Telman's know too...
I'm with you, Julie, fall is my absolute favorite time! And in Israel they don't really have this season, or spring for that matter. Well, maybe it comes for about a day, maybe a few if you're lucky but not long and not like MI. Ahhhhh, you make me homesick :) And the picture's just too adorable.
